Lists
of all the radio operators who have obtained IOTA awards will be
published on the Delta Radio magazine and on the Web every 6 months.
There will be a different list of the operators, ordered on the basis
of the number of islands confirmed, for each award.
At the end of each year, special scores will be attributed to the
three operators classified first of each list on the basis of the
award's difficulty and the operator's position on the list.
The sum of the scores obtained by each operator will create the "Final
IOTA Top List" where operators will be ordered on the basis
of their scores. The three operators classified first on this list
will be awarded!
This procedure will be repeated each year and those who are on the
lists will continue to be so, for all the following years.

As you can see on the following
list, the first operator of the African IOTA Top List (in this case) will get 5
points, the second 3 points and the third 2 points. This procedure will be
repeated for each list (A.O.I., ITALIAN, FRENCH etc.).
