The DR French Castles and Fortresses are active usually on weekends and sometimes also during the week. the call is composed as follows:

CF= CASTLES & FORTRESSES

78= the department or the province in which the castle or the fortress is located.

The last three numbers are the reference numbers of the castle or fortress activation in chronological order (from the official list).

Special and different QSL cards will be printed after each activation to confirm the contacts.
